BCfresh farmers do not only grow produce, we also enjoy preparing it as well. Sure its hard working from dawn until dusk, especially during the long summer days. But nothing beats the pride and sense of achievement of looking across a Fraser Valley field full of vegetables in full bloom.
Actually there is one thing better and thats the taste of those fresh vegetables. Granted we can pick and eat them the same day, but in most cases our BCfresh produce is delivered to BC stores and restaurants within 24 hours.
